After spending years in both private and public school systems, we saw the same heartbreaking pattern: kids and teens disengaged, stressed, anxious, and (let’s be real) bored out of their minds. Their natural curiosity, risk-taking spirit, and passion for learning were being crushed under the weight of standardized tests, rote memorization, and endless competition. School became a rat race, with students chasing goals set by someone else instead of discovering what truly lit them up inside. Worst of all, failure was treated like a dead end instead of what it really is, a stepping stone to growth.

 

We couldn’t stand by and watch the spark fade from their eyes. So, we decided to shake things up.
